What are your business hours?
Our offices are open M-F from 9am-4pm. We have after hours support for guests who are in property.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit and Debit cards at the time of booking. We also take Ethereum and Bitcoin, please contact us if you wish to use Crypto.
Can I get a full refund?
If you cancel the booking more than 60 days from check in date, you will get 100% refund.
Do you allow pets?
There are no pets allowed in our property.
